"Eric answered everytime, he was thorough in his explanation and I feel he was honest. When installing the AC unit the ladder to the attic broke. He let me know right away and came back to fix it. He did not accept payment until AC was in place and ladder was replaced. I decided to replace the AC. Eric was not able to replace it till the next day so he brought window units for the renters to be comfortable in the meantime. He did not charge extra for the new ladder or window units. The repair, transaction and dealings with Eric were hassle free. I would definitely recommend him and use him again."
